Abilify

I've been on a lot of meds, but this one is new to me. Ever since going on it I wake up every morning around 4am and I can't get back to sleep. I think I'm right smack in the middle of a manic episode. Has anyone else heard of abilify doing this to someone?

I tried Abilify a long time ago and it didn't do anything for me, but I have heard about the side effects you describe. I had the same ones with Prozac!!! So sorry you have to put up with this, B. Are you going to wean off it?

Yes, talked to the doc today and I'm weaning off now! On Tuesday we'll discuss other med options.
